    This proposal revises the VIP scoring formula for Intergaze to better align rewards with mint value and maintain user earning potential.

  2. Background
    Current (Active) Scoring Formula for Mints

  • Featured mint: 25 points per mint
  • +1 point per INIT spent

Reason for Change

  • Encourage higher‑value mints and balanced collection sizes.
  • Aim to preserve or increase total points earned per mint.
  1. Proposed Scoring Methodology
  • Featured mint: 10 points per mint
  • +4 points per INIT spent

Score Calculation for Mints

Mint score = y *( 10 + 4 * S )
y = number of mints
S = INIT spent

  • Base of 10 points ensures minimal reward per mint.
  • Multiplier (4) scales more linearly with higher INIT.
  1. Technical Implementation Plan

We’d like to change the VIP scoring for the current epoch (7). Our backend is ready for the changes, provided they pass governance.

In the future, please submit VIP updates ~7 days in advance of an Epoch’s start or they won’t be approved in time.
