1. TL;DR

This proposal aims to delist Zaar from Minitswap as they have decided to deprecate their chain. The result of this proposal consists of two parts:

  1. Delist Zaar from Minitswap.

  2. The Zaar team has decided to deprecate their chain. Any remaining funds will be airdropped to users on the Initia L1.

2. Proposal Details

The proposal will deregister the current INIT.zaar pool on Minitswap within the same proposal.

Rationale

Zaar was initially whitelisted on Minitswap to enable users to instantly bridge INIT from the Zaar rollup to Initia L1, bypassing the usual 1-day withdrawal period. However, since:

  • Zaar chain is being deprecated

  • Users are no longer actively interacting with the chain

the Minitswap pool is no longer necessary. Therefore, we propose delisting the rollup from Minitswap.

If this proposal is approved, the Minitswap pool for INIT.zaar will be removed, and users will no longer be able to use the DEX to instantly bridge the token to L1.

Remaining Funds

The Zaar team has decided to deprecate their chain. Any remaining funds will be airdropped to users on the Initia L1.

  1. Nov 11th - Forum Proposal

  2. Nov 14th - Onchain Vote begins

  3. Nov 21st - Onchain Vote ends and proposal is executed or rejected

  4. Nov 22nd - Funds will be airdropped to users on the Initia L1
