Delist Rave from VIP

1. TL;DR

Rave was whitelisted in the VIP program to incentivize its ecosystem on Initia. Rave has since wound down its activity on Initia and the rollup is being retired. To maintain fairness across the VIP program and avoid allocating rewards to an inactive rollup, this proposal removes Rave from VIP. Already-earned VIP rewards are not affected as they remain claimable and continue vesting on Initia L1 after delisting.

2. Background

VIP is intended to incentivize active rollups and their ecosystems. When a rollup is no longer operating, continuing VIP allocation:

  • creates unfairness versus active rollups

  • can lead to unclaimed or misdirected incentives

  • reduces the integrity of the program

Rave’s Minitswap pool was already deregistered in Proposal 86. INIT bridged to Rave remains fully backed by the bridge escrow and will be handled in the broader wind-down process.
