### **Proposed Update**

Migrate Echelon bridging from the OP Bridge to IBC to enable instant transfers between Echelon and Initia L1.

### **Motivation**

- The current OP Bridge enforces a withdrawal finalization period.

- IBC enables instant bridging, which is critical for money market UX.

### **Current State**

- Bridging via OP Bridge

- Withdrawal delay

### **Proposed Change**

- Use IBC for Echelon ↔ Initia L1 transfers

- Remove withdrawal finalization delay

- Mint existing OP-bridged tokens, not IBC vouchers
